The X5M features a braked front axle with differential lock and electrohydraulic four-wheel drive engagement. The wet multi disc brakes ensure efficient braking on all four wheels. A high ground clearance and a 55-degree steering angle maximise manoeuvrability.

MAIN FEATURES
The X5M tractors are powered by Perkins 1104D 4.4-litre turbo aftercooled engines with power ratings from 93 to 111 hp. The XtraShift transmission with three-stage HML powershift offers 48F/16R speeds. Both options feature an electrohydraulic power shuttle with response modulation and de-clutch function for fast and smooth clutchless gear shifting. The creeper unit allows advance speeds from 0.4 to 40 km/h. With its four-post design and large glass areas, the cab of the X5M tractor provides a 360-degree all-round view for easy maneuvering in tight spaces, where good close range visibility is needed. An opening transparent roof hatch provides extra visibility for loader opera. The open-centre hydraulic system supplies 60 + 30 l/min to operate both the hydraulic functions and the steering system, allowing for precise implement operation. The rear PTO offers two speeds: 540/540E or 540/1000 rpm. The sturdy rear hitch, with maximum lift capacity of 4500 kg, can be electronically controlled.
