Technical support team

Team of experts at the service of our dealers:

  • Field Support: travelling personnel who assist dealers’ mechanics directly in the field;
  • Help Desk: supports travelling personnel and acts as a liaison with quality, production and engineering departments to facilitate product improvement;
  • Warranty: management of claims and repair;
  • Tech Doc:Publishing of workshop books, technical information, user and service manuals;
  • Training: management of technical training for dealership mechanics and trainers of subsidiaries and distributors, now also online.

Argo Service 2.0

The hi-tech portal dedicated to our dealers is compatible with tablets and smartphones (IoS and Android systems). Sporting responsive design and revamped graphics, Argo Service 2.0 offers innovative content and tools for timely, effective feedback to your requirements.

Argo Service 2.0 enables our dealers to work in close synergy, and share information and documents – including large files – using the ArgoSharing software. In addition, they can access the Argo Training section and view available courses – on an online platform – for all tractor ranges, register directly and update the attendance information for each mechanic

They can also monitor the following information in real time:

  • bulletins and technical literature (by tractor S/N)
  • recall campaigns
  • kit request
  • statistics on the tractors from their stock and relevant recalls, through the dedicated portal session WebStatistics

Telemetry and Remote Diagnosis

Real-time data collection through telemetry and remote diagnosis systems allow McCormick service to constantly monitor the performance efficiency of your tractor and to take action, even remotely, based on a predictive approach.

The program includes a set of preventive inspections that attest to the proper use and operation of the tractor, preventing downtime, preserving its efficiency and consequently its value.
