McCormick Ramps up the Technology at Cereals 2023 : My McCormick APP

McCormick has used Cereals 2023 to ramp up its technology offering by the introduction of MyMcCormick App.

Power and technology have always been the hallmarks of McCormick tractors, which now get a further upgrade thanks to the new My McCormick App, available on the Apple and Google Stores. Customers can quickly and easily access a range of state-of-the-art features to experience their tractor in an innovative and comprehensive way.

“The new App”, comments Antonio Salvaterra, Marketing Director of Argo Tractors, the group that owns the McCormick brand, “consolidates the digital strategy our company has been investing in for some years now and pursues the objective of offering our customers an inclusive experience: from the tractor to related services, digital and off-line. At the same time, it will be a powerful tool at the disposal of the McCormick sales network, which will be able to interact directly with the user, uploading customised content – promotions, events, news – and sending push notifications”.

Through the My McCormick project, users will be able to register their tractor (or their entire fleet) and enjoy a series of tailor-made services. Such as receiving personalised offers, consulting Scheduled Maintenance, searching for their nearest dealer and contacting them for an appointment, selecting their trusted dealer to receive information on local events, finding out in advance about promotions and special offers dedicated to tractors, original parts and services and staying up-to-date on events involving McCormick and their dealer.

My McCormick will incorporate, through integrations and redirect technology, all of McCormick’s digital services, as well as the McCormick Fleet and Remote Diagnostic Management and McCormick Farm apps, which the customer can access intuitively and instantly.

McCormick Fleet and Remote Diagnostic Management, this program allows the monitoring of key tractor fleet activities to maximise performance. Thanks to the use of IoT (Internet of Things) protocols, it is possible to receive information and data from tractors and conveniently control the activities of the fleet of machines in real time.

McCormick Farm, on the other hand, is the platform used for farm management through agronomic models and integration of field and machine sensors, ensuring traceability and sustainability.
